My wife, Jessica, and I own 643 Insurance. The Agency is domiciled in Arizona because we lived there for 27 years. However, we moved to Lebanon in June of 2025 and have expanded our licensing to include Tennessee. 643 Insurance is an independent agency offering Home, Auto, Business, and Life Insurance. We focus on long-term relationships and clear, thoughtful coverage guidance to protect what our clients are building both personally and professionally.
