At brucey's BBQ we take pride in what we do. We are a family owned and operated food trailer. We made the top 3 in best in music city Nashville Food trailer last year. I was a full-time firefighter for 14 years. At the fire hall we would have smoke days. To where i would bring the smokers in and cook for all the stations. Had to leave the fire department for heath reason. So the guys talked me into opening at food trailer. They called me Brucey at the station. So that's where the name came from.
