We are a 5th generation beef cattle farm located in Bethpage. We opened our USDA retail farm meat store in October 2025. We offer individual cuts of beef and pork products, along with farm fresh eggs. We also sell whole/half of beef or pork. Beef products are steaks, ground beef (1 and 2 lb chubs) most of your popular steaks; whole/half briskets, etc. Pork products include: breakfast sausage, smoked sausage, bacon; St. Louis ribs; pork butts, pork chops, etc.
